Snoopy Pets have truly made my two cats' relocation from London to Dubai so easy, smooth and stress free. Excellent all round. Emma the owner was very helpful prior to our three cats boarding with Snoopy Pets for 6 weeks, answering all questions and. Dropping off an extra cat carrier. Cats were picked up, socialised for 6 weeks out of their cages and then shipped to us in Bucharest via Amsterdam with KLM. They arrived in very good condition exactly to the date and time Emma arranged for us. We can not recommend her and Snoopy Pets highly enough.

We have used SnoopyPets twice now. First time in 2021 to the UAE from the UK and recently again from UAE to China. Their communication, knowledge and planning is second to none and meticulous and they partner with top class people in other countries. We transported our two cats from NZ to UAE. Snoopy Pets cared for them at the UAE end of their travel. Snoopy Pets was our obvious choice to export our dogs to Australia after a very smooth importation journey with them as partners. Since moving to Dubai, significant changes had been made by the Australian authorities to protect the country’s rabies free status. We are so satisfied about the service it has been provided by Snoopy Pets. Me and my wife arrived just now in Milan from Abu Dhabi, bringing on the plane with us our 2 Sphynx cats. Everything has been super smooth, thanks to Lindsey we already had all the documentation needed in advance, and we haven’t lost ( or had any issue, thanks God) time during the check in and neither when we arrived in Italy, to the customs.

After a difficult process immigrating before my furbabies and the airline not loading my pets on the expected connecting flight I was so happy to have Jim come on board for the second half of the trip. Snoopy pets arranged quick hassle free import clearance at the airport for my cat, Alia, when she arrived from Mumbai to Dubai. Everyone was very reassuring and professional in the team and it was a seamless experience.

It is the second time that we have taken our kitten Stamford to stay at Snoopy Pets and I have to say I am very impressed with the service. The team are so kind and friendly and Stamford loves it there. They even emailed us some pics of him having fun whilst we were away so thoughtful. We have booked him in again for when we are on holiday in August and September and would not even consider taking him anywhere else now.
